Our approach

Strategy

All our work begins with business objectives and budget which lead to the formulation of strategy. To us, the strategy is the art of making choices on direction, action and pace. This is the building block of our work and we start with one every time.

Plan

We develop an experience plan based on objectives and strategy. This may be focused on one tactical area, or span live, digital and retail executions. Plans we develop are detailed to start but built to be optimized perpetually throughout execution.

Action

All the planning, creative and strategy don’t mean shit if the execution isn’t flawless, well choreographed and on time. We devote our teams from field staff to agency partners with hands-on roles in day-to-day execution of experiential events through content production.

Results

The central truth in all this effort is the results. We hold ourselves accountable for results from the initial strategy to the post program evaluation. Creativity may be why clients come to Øuterkind, but the results are why they stay.

Rinse

From there we optimize what we can, add learnings from all stakeholders and make immediate changes to improve.

Repeat

Depending on the objectives, we usually go right back at it. Go Time…again. We consider altering our strategy, refining our creative and ideally scaling behind success to generate results that are outsized vs. the initial investment.
